Consultant Cosmetic Rhinoplasty & Sinus Surgeon Winchester & Fareham Hampshire UK

I have extensive experience in the full spectrum of endoscopic sinus surgery, ranging from routine functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) to advanced frontal sinus procedures. My practice includes complex revision sinus surgery, management of frontal sinus disease, and extended approaches such as the modified endoscopic Lothrop (Draf III) procedure.

I routinely perform image-guided sinus surgery and manage patients with chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic fungal sinusitis, acute sinusitis, nasal blockage, dental related (odontogenic) sinusitis and mucoceles. I have particular expertise in endoscopic frontal sinus surgery, including Draf IIa, IIb, and Draf III procedures, as well as extended approaches for sinonasal tumours and frontal sinus outflow surgery.

My training included a high-volume rhinology and anterior skull base fellowship, where I gained advanced experience in frontal sinus and skull base surgery alongside combined endoscopic/open techniques. I continue to perform complex sinus and revision cases within my NHS practice at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth, and in the private sector.

I also have academic and educational interests in sinus surgery and rhinology, regularly teaching sinus dissection and frontal sinus approaches at regional and national courses, and co-founding the Southeast Rhinology Forum to promote collaborative learning and discussion among rhinologists.

I also teach on the Stryker Navigation Masterclass, a national course teaching ENT consultants how to use image guidance techniques.
