Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos — Real Patient Results from Hampshire
The photographs on this page show a selection of results from my rhinoplasty and septorhinoplasty practice at Adnova Clinic in Fareham, Hampshire. All patients have provided written consent for their images to be used, and photographs are shown with patient anonymity protected.
Results shown include primary cosmetic rhinoplasty, functional septorhinoplasty, dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, and revision rhinoplasty cases. Where labelled, early results are shown at day seven, immediately after cast removal, with the understanding that final results emerge gradually over nine to twelve months as residual swelling resolves.
Alot of my patients want privacy, and therefore approx 80% do not give consent to their clinical photographs being shown to others. I will not show any photos without explict consent and therefore the number of photos I have from my extensive practice is more limited.
What to expect from your own result: Every rhinoplasty is planned individually around the patient’s facial anatomy, skin thickness, and goals. The images below illustrate the range of outcomes achievable rather than a standard result, and no two noses are the same. I discuss realistic expectations in detail at every consultation, and offer Crisalix 3D simulation at Adnova Clinic to help you visualise potential changes before committing to surgery.

• All images are from my own surgical practice. No stock photography or third-party images are used.
• Photographs are taken under standardised lighting conditions where possible.
• Early results (day seven) show the nose immediately after cast removal. Swelling is still present at this stage and the final result will refine further over the following months.
• Final results shown are typically at six to twelve months post-operatively.

What do the day seven rhinoplasty photos show?
Day seven photographs are taken immediately after cast removal, one week after surgery. Residual swelling is still present at this stage, particularly in the nasal tip. The final result continues to refine over nine to twelve months. These early images are included to give patients a realistic sense of the recovery period.
How long does it take to see the final rhinoplasty result?
Most patients return to normal social activities within seven to ten days. The majority of visible swelling resolves within six to eight weeks. The final result, particularly tip refinement, takes nine to twelve months to fully emerge. Patients with thicker skin may take slightly longer.
